- Kit allows for no-wash, no-lyse immunophenotyping of whole blood
- Immunophenotyping of whole blood using traditional flow cytometry is typically performed with lysis of the red blood cells (RBCs) followed by a wash step, which can result in significant cell loss and damage
- With the Attune CytPix Flow cytometer users can acquire data quickly, even from dilute samples, using either a fluorescent reagent as a trigger to eliminate red blood cells or a differential side scatter using both blue and violet scatter
- This is all done in combination with bright field imaging to aid in sample analysis and quality monitoring
