The BD CBA Human MIP-1α Flex Set is a bead-based immunoassay capable of measuring human Macrophage Inflammatory Protein-1α (MIP-1α), also known as CCL3, in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant samples. Human reactivity was determined by testing samples with the BD CBA Human MIP-1α Flex Set.

  • Capture Bead and PE Detection Reagent components formulated to a 50x concentration for multiplex use
  • Standard component is lyophilized
  • When reconstituted in 4.0mL assay diluent, standard has a protein concentration of 2500pg/mL
