The BD CBA Mouse MCP-1 Flex Set is a bead-based immunoassay capable of measuring mouse monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1), also known as CCL2, in serum and cell culture supernatant samples. Mouse reactivity was determined by testing samples with the BD CBA Mouse MCP-1 Flex Set.

  • Reactivity: Mouse
  • Capture Bead and PE Detection Reagent components formulated to a 50x concentration for multiplex use
  • Standard component is lyophilized
  • When reconstituted in 4.0mL assay diluent, standard has a protein concentration of 2500pg/mL
  • Must be used in conjunction with a BD CBA Human Soluble Protein Master Buffer Kit, flow cytometer, FCAP Array™ Software
