Rapidly detect and quantify Ara h2 peanut allergen in food and environmental samples with this enhanced and extra sensitive assay.

Simplify allergen testing with ELISA Systems™ Peanut (Sensitive) Residue Detection Kit which helps ensure compliance with food product labeling requirements. The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay is designed to deliver simple, sensitive, and fast detection and quantification ofpeanut protein residue in food and environmental samples. This enhanced, extra sensitive assay is developed and optimized to specifically detect Ara h2 protein.

Peanuts are a major cause of food allergies, both in children and in adults, and can induce anaphylactic shock.1 In recent years, peanut allergens have been identified and characterized. The protein Ara h2 has been one of the peanut proteins of much attention.2

Use ELISA Systems Peanut (Sensitive) Residue Detection Kit for the rapid detection and quantification of Ara h2 protein in food and environmental samples.
