Description

Endothelin-1 is an agonist for EDNRA and EDNRB. Provided as 10μg of dry powder alongside reconstitution buffer.

Endothelin 1 is an endothelium derived vasoconstrictive peptide produced in vascular endothelial cells. It is one of the three isoforms of endothelin, and a potent agonist of the endothelin receptors type A and type B (EDNRA/ETA and EDNRB/ETB). Widely expressed in all tissues, and responsible for maintenance of vascular tone. Inhibitors and antagonists are used to treat pulmonary hypertension. Provided as 10μg of dry powder alongside reconstitution buffer.
