Description

Remove water hardness impurities prior to making ice flakes. Liebherr™ Water Filtration Cartridges for Ice Machines works as a de-scaler, de-carbonizer and de-ironizer, prevention of algae and corrosion, deodorizer and water filter.

Liebherr™ Ice Makers create granular wet ice flakes for rapid cooling. Units with air or water condensers are available (water condensers are recommended for hot environments).

  • The CACF1 water filtration device is essential for removing impurities from the water
  • The complete device includes two in-line holders with 1 cartridge each
    • Flocculator cartridge: transforms calcium carbonates into stable, suspended calcium salts that cannot clump together
    • Filter cartridge: sifts the salts and retains impurities suspended in the water
  • The treatment capacity of the CACF1 unit varies, depending on the hardness of the water
  • Replace the cartridges at least 1x/year or when the pressure between in the inlet and the outlet of the unit drops by ≥500g
  • Replacement cartridges are available separately (mfr. no. KIT2CART)
