TransPrep Chemistry protocol component

This 96-well Genomic DNA (gDNA) Purification Tray is used for the isolation of both genomic DNA and total RNA from homogenized plant or animal tissue samples on the ABI PRISM™ 6100 Nucleic Acid PrepSation and 6700 Automated Nucleic Acid Workstation. It is also suitable for direct DNA isolation from food and bacterial samples. The Genomic DNA (gDNA) Purification Tray is used for the TransPrep™ Chemistry protocol.
Used With DNA Elution Solution, DNA Precipitation Solution 1, DNA Precipitation Solution 2, DNA Wash Solution 1, DNA Wash Solution 2.
