MERmaid™ SPIN Kit for rapid purification of single or double-stranded DNA (10 to 200 bp) from gel material, nucleotides, salts, proteins, or other undesirable components of mixture.

  • The MERmaid SPIN Kit is designed for purifying small MW DNA away from gel material, nucleotides, salts, proteins, or other undesirable components of a mixture.
  • Single-stranded or double-stranded DNA oligomers or PCR products of 10-200 nucleotides in length are readily purified from agarose and polyacrylamide gels or from solutions.
  • Purified DNA can be used in enzymatic reactions, conventional or automated sequencing, cloning and microarray analysis.
