Description

Isolation of cell-free DNA from up to 10 mL blood plasma, utilizing a new column design for high-speed vacuum processing (e.g. with the NucleoVac 24 Vacuum Manifold). Easy-to-use snap-off columns produce ready-to-use, transfection- and molecular-grade DNA with no alcohol precipitation necessary.

The NucleoVac 24 Vacuum Manifold allows the processing of silica columns for nucleic acid purification by vacuum.
