Description

Isolation of cell-free DNA from up to 5 mL blood plasma, utilizing the NucleoVac 96 Vacuum Manifold (sold separately, MPN 740681). The kit is designed for high recovery of circulating fragmented DNA ≥ 50 bp from human EDTA plasma.

The NucleoSpin™ DNA Plasma Midi kit is designed for the efficient isolation of circulating DNA from human blood plasma. Fragmented DNA of 50 bp and larger can be purified with high efficiency.
