OPTIZYME™ M-MuLV RT is a genetically modified MLV RT that possesses RNA- and DNA-dependent polymerase activity.

Applications and Features:

  • OPTIZYME M-MLV RT is used for efficient first strand cDNA synthesis for RT-PCR and real-time RT-PCR (up to 13kb)
  • Generation of labeled cDNA probes for microarrays
  • Synthesis of cDNA for cloning and expression
