Interleukin 1 alpha (IL1A), recombinant mouse protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in analysis of protein structure, and performing cell based assays. It can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in other research applications.- Activity: 1. Measured in a cell proliferation assay using D10.G4.1 mouse helper T cells, the ED50 for this effect is typically 2-10pg/mL; 2. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA; immobilized mouse IL1A at 10μg/mL (100μL/well) can bind mouse IL1R1, the EC50 of mouse IL1R1 is 0.13μg/mL
- Formulation: Lyophilized in 140mM NaCl, 2.7mM KCl, 10mM Na2HPO4, 1.8mM KH2PO4, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, 0.02% Tween 80
- Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2mg/mL or lower; aliquot and use as soon as possible
