Stainless Steel gauze, type 316 is used to woven wire cloth which has extensive use in chemical processing when better corrosion resistance is required than the regular chromium-nickel types. It is also used in medical, pharmaceutical, laboratory, semiconductor, food processing, marine, waste water and water purification equipment.
