Chromatography Clarification Filters

High-throughput clarification filters designed for downstream bioprocessing, where they are used post-chromatography to reduce residual turbidity and remove particulates, colloids, and process- or product-related precipitates that may form during or after elution, pooling, pH/conductivity adjustment, or intermediate hold steps. These filters are commonly implemented as depth and/or membrane-based clarification stages to improve filtrate clarity, stabilize pressure behavior in subsequent unit operations (e.g., virus filtration, ultrafiltration/diafiltration, final membrane filtration), and support consistent downstream performance by reducing fouling and unplanned flow restriction. Engineered for low extractables and, where needed, low biomolecule adsorption to help preserve yield and product quality in sensitive biologics workflows.

ommon applications: post-capture and post-polishing pool clarification, removal of precipitates formed during conditioning or hold, protection of virus filters and UF/DF membranes, and clarification prior to final sterile filtration or fill/finish.
