Description

Ideal for tensile testing below 500 N.

  • Ideal for tensile testing below 500 N.
  • A spring-loaded lever ensures the serrated jaws are easy to open for fast securing and release of samples. As load is applied, the self-tightening action of the wedge jaws ensures the sample is held rigidly without slippage.
  • Fitted with a 10-32 UNF threaded hole and grub-screw for fixing to the base plate of a test stand. When fixing to a loadcell/gauge these wedge grips are often be used with a chain-link assembly to provide a flexible connection.
