Pre-mixed, rate-enhancing hybridization buffer. Amersham™ Rapid-hyb Buffer reduces hybridization time for detecting single-copy mammalian genes to just two hours.

  • For use with radiolabeled DNA, RNA, or oligonucleotide probes
  • Pre-mixed solution improves reproducibility between experiments
  • Suited for Southern and Northern blotting applications
  • Available in two different quantities, sufficient for 1000cm2 membrane and 4000cm2 membrane

Developed for use with nylon membranes; not suitable for use with PVDF or nitrocellulose membranes.
