  • The Attune NxT Blocker Bar Conversion Kit provides a 1.5 mm blocking bar for use on the Attune NxT Acoustic Focusing Cytometer, which is delivered with a 0.5 mm blocking bar
  • The standard 0.5 mm blocking bar accommodates cells or particles from 0.2–10 microns in size
  • The larger blocking bar included in this kit is recommended for analysis of cells that are primarily larger than 10 microns
  • A larger blocking bar blocks more forward scatter light and allows the detection of larger cells
  • An experienced Thermo Fisher Scientific engineer can install the larger blocking bar on any Attune NxT cytometer, simplifying the instrument settings optimization
