Description

The Axygen HGB-20 allows for high resolution separations over extended runs. System is ideal for separating a high number of samples from PCR or cloning. Comes with two different size UV transparent gel trays providing flexibility and value.

The external gel casting provides efficiency as gel casting and gel running can occur simultaneously. The one piece injection molded tank is durable and leak free while the study electrode cassettes are user changeable. This compact unit is capable of separating as many as 550 samples depending on configuration. The system only requires 1500mL of buffer making it an economical choice for a large format unit. System includes the novel Axygen contrast enhancer that allows for easy visualization of wells for sample loading and is reversible with white background to visualize running of gels with colored MW markers.
