Perform sizing and approximate quantification of double-stranded DNA on agarose gels with this Low range DNA ladder, premixed with blue and yellow tracking dyes.

O'GeneRuler Ultra Low Range DNA Ladder 10-300 bp, ready-to-use is recommended for sizing and approximate quantification of double-stranded DNA on agarose or polyacrylamide gels. It is ideal for denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The ladder is a mixture of chromatography-purified individual DNA fragments.

O'GeneRuler Ultra Low Range DNA Ladder, ready-to-use is premixed with 6X Orange DNA Loading Dye (containing xylene cyanol FF and orange G) for direct loading on gel. In a 1% agarose gel, orange G dye migrates at 50 bp. O'GeneRuler Ultra Low Range DNA Ladder is ideal when visualization of small DNA fragments is important.

The ladder is recommended for analysis of siRNA (see Figure 1) and is supplied with 6X Orange DNA Loading Dye for sample DNA.
