Descrizione

The Floor Plate Cell Expansion Kit is a component of the Gibco™ PSC Dopaminergic Neuron Differentiation Kit that is also offered separately.

It enables additional expansion of floor plate progenitor cells generated using complete Floor Plate Cell Specification Medium (part of the Differentiation kit).

Note: Each additional expansion beyond passage 2 will result in an additional 4–6-fold increase in the total number of floor plate cells without compromising the quality of TH neurons (positive for both TH and FOXA2). Further expansion (up to passage 10) results in stable expansion of progenitor cells, but the resulting TH neurons may show decreased FOXA2 expression.
