Description

Used for rehydration of dry gels of different sizes

  • One side is designed for gels of size: Full size (260 x 125mm), IEF: 10.4mL, All other: 25mL
  • Other side is for smaller gels or PhastGel media: Half size (130 x 125mm), IEF: 5.2mL; All other: 13mL

Procedure:

  • Select appropriate reswelling chamber of GelPool, depending on gel size
  • Clean GelPool thoroughly with distilled water and let it dry. Do not use organic solvents
  • Pipette selected gel rehydration solution along left edge of gel tray
