HyClone ActiSM medium is intended for use in combination with HyClone ActiPro medium and Cell Boost 7a and Cell Boost 7b supplements. This medium is part of the ActiPro system of media and supplements designed with adaptation and production in mind. HyClone ActiSM and the ActiPro system are suitable for general biomanufacturing with CHO cell lines such as CHO-GS, CHO-K1, CHO-DG44, and CHO-S.

  • Chemically defined ADCF formulation optimized for high-yield protein production
  • Does not contain hypoxanthine, thymidine, and glycine (HAT supplement)
  • Recommended for first step when adapting cells cultured in other lean cell culture media
