Used for culturing many different mammalian cells including MDCK, Glial cells, fibroblasts, and endothelial cells. HyClone™ DMEM/F12 1:1 Media supports cell culture growth and biomanufacturing processes and is manufactured using ISO 9001:2000-certified processes.

  • System tested with HyClone sera to ensure product efficacy and homogeneity
  • All products are hydrated using WFI quality water and undergo 0.1μm sterile filtration
  • Offered in a variety of packaging configurations, including convenient HyQPAK™ six-packs
  • Eequal parts blend of DMEM and Ham's F12 media
  • Formulation combines high concentration of glucose, amino acids and vitamins from DMEM with wide variety of other components available in Ham's F-12
  • Contains 17.5mM Glucose and 0.5mM Sodium Pyruvate
  • Concentration: 2.5mM L-Glutamine and 15mM HEPES
  • Available with or without L-Glutamine, Phenol Red or HEPES
