Manufactured according to European Pharmacopoeia Chapter 4 (4.1.1) and prepared in an ISO 9001 facility. Iodine Bromide Solution, EP Grade, Reagecon™ is a ready-to-use reagent for use in manual or automatic titrations. It is prepared by adding 20g IBr to 1L glacial acetic acid.

Iodine monobromide is an interhalogen compound that is used in some types of iodometry as a source of I+.
