LanthaScreen™ Tb-pATF2 (pSer71) Antibody Kit

A member of the leucine zipper family of DNA binding proteins, ATF2 (activating transcription factor 2) is phosphorylated at Ser71 by members of the JNK and p38 families of kinases.

For use with the GFP-ATF2 physiological protein substrate (PV4445) to evaluate inhibitors in medium to high throughput screening applications.
