Description

Use in slide agglutination testing for identification of Salmonella species/antigens according to Kauffmann-White classification. Pro-Lab Diagnostics™ Monovalent Somatic (O) Salmonella Antisera is a comprehensive range of monovalent Salmonella antisera delivered in economical 3.0mL bottles.

While polyvalent O (somatic) antisera aid in initial serogrouping, full identification of O antigens is achieved using monovalent-specific O antisera. The serotype of Salmonella isolates can then be determined using H (flagella) antisera.
