Description

Use for convenient and fast small-scale cleanup of proteins and other large biomolecules (>5000 Mr). Cytiva Life Sciences™ PD SpinTrap™ G-25 Desalting Columns provide the option of running multiple samples in parallel.

 

  • High recovery (70 to 90%, biomolecule dependent) for a range of applications, such as desalting, buffer exchange, and removal of low-molecular weight compounds
  • High desalting capacity (>85%); prepacked with 500μL Sephadex™ G-25 Medium
  • Reproducible, high throughput, parallel cleanup of protein samples
  • Sample preparation in the range of 100 to 180 μL without sample dilution
  • For use with standard microcentrifuge
