Ultra-low particle cleanroom wipes ideally suited for critical and small parts cleaning. Berkshire International™ Durx™ 770 Cleanroom Wipes, Class 100, ISO Class 5 are highly absorbent and exhibit high wet strength.

  • Suitable for cleaning and wiping.
  • Particularly suited for heavy-duty use, regular maintenance tasks, photo resist applications, and around etching baths.
  • Wipe can be used for cleaning and maintenance in laboratories, aerospace, electronics, food processing, photo processing, and semiconductor, circuit board, pharmaceutical, and biomedical device manufacture.
  • Non-woven cellulose and polyester fibers, specially processed to reduce particle generation and increase absorbancy while retaining high wet strength.
