  • Suppresses erythroid progenitor colony formation from peripheral blood mononuclear cells of polycythemia vera patients with the constitutively active JAK2 V617F mutation
  • Reduces malignant cell proliferation and decreases interleukin-6 and TNF-α signaling in a JAK2 V617F-driven mouse model of myeloproliferative disorder (Quintás-Cardama et al.)
  • Promotes hair regrowth in a mouse model of alopecia areata (Xing et al.)
