TC-100 Insect Medium

TC 100 Insect Medium was originally designed for the growth of insect cells, including Spodeptera frugiperda (Sf9), and the expression of recombinant Autographa Californica Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus (rAcNPV) using the Baculovirus Expression Vector System (BEVS). We offer a variety of Gibco™ Media options for a range of insect cell culture applications. TC 100 Insect Medium is rich in amino acids and uses tryptose as an additional sugar source.
