Clostebol usually as the ester clostebol acetate, is a synthetic anabolic-androgenic steroid. Clostebol is the 4-chloro derivative of the natural hormone testosterone. The chlorination prevents conversion to dihydrotestosterone while also rendering the chemical incapable of conversion to estrogen.
