Description
PHOTREX™ solvents are manufactured to minimize lot-to-lot variability and contaminants that can interfere with UV, and in some cases IR, spectra, including residue after evaporation, and acid and base concentrations. Function testing confirms maximum absorbance in selected wavelengths; 50-100% transmittance windows in IR wavelengths are reported.
- High quality chemicals for laboratory and specialized industrial use
- Meets the requirements set forth by the American Chemical Society (ACS)
- Label provides an actual Lot Analysis as a guarantee of purity and consistency
- Analytical methods used for these determinations are based on standard test procedures described in technical publications
- Improvements developed by J.T. Baker are employed to achieve a higher degree of reliability
