Description

1, 2 or 3 connection system for GL 45 DURAN™ bottles.

A robust and resistant hose connection system for DURAN™ GL 45 laboratory and media bottles of many sizes. The bottle cap adapter simplifies the transfer of liquids within closed and sterile systems. The push-in fittings on the inside and outside of the cap are suitable for connecting flexible tubing with an internal diameter of 8.0 mm. The freely rotating stainless steel middle piece allows the bottle to be opened without having to disconnect the tube connections. Connections and middle piece are made of stainless steel type 316L (1.4404/S31603). The silicone seal and the red GL 45 screw cap made of PBT ensure a liquid-tight seal. Wide temperature application range (up to 180°C). Autoclavable (at 121°C/15 minutes). With Retrace Code.

  • Easier attachment of hoses by means of bevelled, upper plug-in olives
  • The one, two or three plug-in olives on the inside and outside of the closure are suitable for connecting flexible hoses with an internal diameter of 8.0 mm, e.g. Sani-Tech™ Ultra (ULTRA-C-312) silicone tubes
  • The freely rotating stainless steel middle piece allows the bottle to be opened without disconnecting the tube connections
  • Simplified transfer of liquids within closed and sterile systems through the bottle cap adapter
  • All parts are completely welded, to prevent inclusions and cavities
  • Hygienic, electropolished surface for efficient cleaning and sterilization
  • The silicone seal and the red GL 45 screw cap made of PBT ensure a liquid-tight closure
