Invitrogen™ EDG2 Polyclonal Antibody

Description
PA1-1041 detects lysophosphatidic acid receptor 1 protein in rat, human, mouse, and Xenopus samples. PA1-1041 has successfully been used in Western blot procedures. By Western blot, this antibody detects an ~42 kDa protein representing lysophosphatidic acid receptor 1 in PC12 and HeLa whole cell lysates as well as mouse and Xenopus liver samples. The PA1-1041 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues L(348) N H T I L A G V H S N D H S V V(364) of human LPA1. The immunizing sequence is completely conserved in human, mouse, rat and bovine. This peptide (Cat. # PEP-233) is available for use in neutralization and control experiments.
