Description
Potassium thiocyanate, 0.1N standardized solution is used in analytical chemistry for the quantitative determination of Fe(III). In Volhard’s method, it is used to determine the concentration of chloride ion by titration. It is also used as an analyzer for direct and continuous measurement of the concentration of soluble copper in an aqueous solution.
