Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

MA1-10868 detects mouse Sperm Protein sp56 from mouse samples. This antibody does not cross react with human sperm. MA1-10868 has been successfully used in ELISA, Western blot, and immunohistochemistry applications. This antibody will detect denatured, non-reduced sp56, but will not detect the denatured, reduced protein. The MA1-10868 immunogen is a mixture of native and formaldehyde-zinc fixed mouse sperm purified through a Percoll gradient.
